Everyone going on the SPLASHPAD® must wear water shoes or flip flops. Kids are required to have an adult accompany them on the SPLASHPAD® as well.
Can I climb on the dinosaurs?
No, each dinosaur is a one-of-a-kind artwork and may not be climbed on. Due to their size climbing is also unsafe. Monty’s Playground does offer plenty of safe climbing opportunities. Guests must stay on the marked trails, however, some of the larger exhibits allow you to stand next to a dinosaur and capture a great photo.
Are the dinosaurs real?
We wish! Unfortunately, dinosaurs became extinct approximately 66 million years ago. Throughout the Outdoor Adventure at The Dinosaur Place™ you will see life-sized and life-like sculptures made out of concrete and steel.
