What is the minimum group size?

Minimum scout group size is 8. We encourage small groups to join together. We reserve the right to co-book small groups. If you are under the 8 scout minimum we are able to accommodate your group, however we must charge the flat fee for 8.
Are the activities handicap accessible?

Indoor activities are wheelchair accessible. Handicapped children may have an adult help them in the Jackpot Mine and/or Thunder Creek.
Are patches included?

Patches are not included in the program fee. We do have patches for sale with Monty the T-Rex or the Nature's Art logo on them.
Do we have an instructor the whole time?

Yes, you have a trained instructor for the entire program.
Is there a sibling policy?

Siblings may be added to the group for the same rate as the scouts participating. If siblings are just watching and not participating in the hands on activity, they may watch for no charge. There is no limitation to the amount of parents that may watch the program.
Can we order food?

Absolutely. We offer group rates on food orders when they are added on to the Badge Program.
Do we have to do a Badge Program?

No, not at all! You can book a group for additional activities with a minimum of 15 participants.
We're tax exempt. Do we still have to pay sales tax?

The educational programs themselves are not taxable, however, if additional items such as food or patches are purchased, a tax exempt form is required and a copy must be received prior to the visit.
What are the policies for reservations and deposits?

The minimum non-refundable deposit is $50 required to hold the requested date. There are no deposit refunds for cancellations. We appreciate three week notice when reserving a date.
